Chicken Stuffed with Pears

Ingredients :
 200 g skinless chicken breast intact
 
½  diced pears (150 g)
 
50  ml lime juice
 
1   tablespoon honey.
 

Seasonings flush:
    
½ tbsp honey
    
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
    
30 ml lime juice
 

Method:

  • Place chicken breasts on cutting board widened. At-bat hit with a hammer or meat with other devices that can be used as a bat. At the meat until slightly flattened. Set aside.  
  • Prepare the stuffing by mixing the ingredients evenly cut pear, honey and lime juice. Set aside.

  • Bake at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes.

Tips and Advice:

Serve with chili sauce or tomato sauce. The contents can be replaced with a mixture of frozen vegetable, fresh vegetables or other fruit pieces, whole wheat bread or oatmeal. Lemon juice can be replaced with yogurt, mayonnaise, or thousand island. Seasonings flush can be replaced also with soy sauce or oyster sauce. If you want to use vegetable stuffing materials, can sprinkle a mixture of pepper and garlic powder on the surface pipihan chicken meat before stuffing material is inserted.
